Where is your business located?

We are located in Toronto, serving the city and parts of the GTA.

We deliver to the following areas:

  • Toronto

  • Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham

How much notice is required for each order?

Regular orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice, and are delivered on weekends only. See below for more information on our delivery schedule.

For custom or corporate orders, please contact us here.

When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made between 12PM and 4PM on Saturdays and Sundays based on your selection at checkout.

  • Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday are delivered the same weekend.

  • Orders placed on Friday and Saturday are delivered the following weekend.

Is there a delivery fee? Pick up?

Delivery is free within the Toronto region (includes Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough).

Delivery to Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham is $20.00 per order.

Pick up is not available at this time.

Are orders customizable for dietary restrictions? Special occasions?

All orders are customizable for dietary restrictions and special occasions based on product availability.

Please note that our boxes are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Therefore, Grazeland does not recommend its products to be consumed by anyone with severe food allergies.

Do you accept cancellations?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering.

To cancel an order, please send us a message here and include the following information:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Order #

The cancellation will be processed based on the timestamp of the email.

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds within the 24 hour cancellation window.

Are you food safe certified?

Yes! We are Food Safe certified with the Canadian Institute of Food Safety (CIFS), and operate out of a commercial kitchen that is fully compliant with provincial and municipal regulations.

How long after I receive the box should it be consumed?

Boxes should be consumed within 1 day if kept refrigerated. Please note that dry items (crackers and crisps) may lose their integrity after prolonged refrigeration.

If left at room temperature, all items should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery. Please avoid prolonged exposure to warm temperatures or direct sunlight.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?
